Col Timothy Ringgold, Ph.D. US Army (ret)
Chief Executive Officer
Colonel Ringgold began his Army career as an
infantry private in 1971. He graduated from the
United States Military Academy at West Point in
1978, and served thirty years before retiring with
the rank of Colonel. In a career stretching from Army Ranger to Deputy Assistant Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff to being called by the Bush Administration following 9/11 to write the 2002 White House study “Critical Infrastructure Protection (Classified),” to commanding a mechanized infantry brigade of six battalions with over 4,200 combat troops.
He's earned a Ph.D. degree in Economics, a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy, and a Master of Arts in Legislative Affairs, from The George Washington University; and an M.A. in Economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Ringold has worked in 40+ countries on 5 continents with numerous U.S. Government organizations, foreign governments, and international agencies. He's negotiated contracts in Iraq, Hungary, Ukraine, Bangladesh, Guinea, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Israel. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer for an international defense, security, and energy company, and is a frequently called as a guest speaker and panelist, and has served as a commentator on FOX, CNN and MSNBC
Andrew Lubin has 40 years hands-on experience in
international trade; primarily nonferrous metals,
ferroalloys, and industrial raw materials. This has
taken him to 66 countries, where he has conducted
business on every continent in buying and/or selling with producers and manufacturers in such disparate markets as China, South Africa, Egypt, Colombia, Chile, Panama, Venezuela , Guyana, Indonesia, Iceland, Thailand, Romania, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, and Armenia.
A former member of the U.S. Marine Corps Combat Camera Association, Andrew’s embedded 14x in Haiti, Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo Bay, Asia, and Beirut since 2006, resulting in 3 books and multiple articles for such professional journals and magazines as PBS, Janes Defense Weekly, Leatherneck, USA Today Magazine, and Proceedings.
Andrew has appeared on ABC, CNN, FOX, and Patriot Media, and in November 2004 served as the Military Analyst for WPVI-7 (ABC) Philadelphia during Fallujah-2.
Recognized as as international economics, trade, and foreign policy-defense expert, Andrew is a sought-after speaker, appearing in Canada, Romania, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico and the United States. He was the keynote speaker at the U.S. Army’s Command & Staff College “Military & Media” symposium, Fort Leavenworth, KS., and has spoken at such distinguished venues as Dalhousie University (Halifax, CN) Centre for Foreign Policy, Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs, U. of Arkansas’s Clinton School of Public Policy, Brandeis University's Center for Conflict Management, Metal Bulletin's World Aluminium Conference (Montreal) and Platt's Ferroalloy Conference (Boca Raton, Fl)
Building on his Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management that led to his career in international trade, Andrew has taught a variety of business and economics courses since 1989 on both the undergraduate and graduate level.

Michael Sullivan has 35+ years of Military and Corporate
experience. He served in the U.S. Army in an Active-Duty,
Reserve, and National Guard
capacity as an Armor Specialist and Vehicle Maint/Fleet
Management. He also has expertise as a small arms armorer and served as Battalion Soviet (threat) Armor, Subject Matter Expert.
Following Active-Duty, Michael built a career in Communications Engineering/Operations, He managed both nation-wide projects as well as, operation of established networks for Rochester Telephone, Global Crossing and Frontier Communications. He has a reputation for bringing the latest technologies to the field; on time, and on budget.
Michael has served as a consultant to foreign military armored-vehicle projects, including the upgrade and re-power of M-Series vehicles, including prototype testing and service manual documentation. He also writes for several professional magazines and journals.
Michael serves as a board member and team leader for several NGO's, using his military and communications expertise in disaster relief coordination and field deployment of resources. His teams currently provide food, clinics, potable water, schooling, and housing for the distressed in Haiti and Africa.
